COLOR ACCUARCY
Every day, verified color inspectors put finished doors from the assembly line onto a spectrophotometer to ensure color remains true and matches the samples you saw in the store. (Quality Point #71)

EXACTING INSPECTORS
To ensure quality, your order is reviewed at more than 2,000 critical control points throughout the assembly process – including careful examinations by certified inspectors. (Quality Point #69) After delivery every cabinet box is opening and inspected at your home.

SPEEDY SEND-OFF
Our assembly line ends at the shipping dock, where your order is boxed and immediately loaded for delivery. This minimizes the number of times your cabinets are handled – along with chances for potential damage. (Quality Point #67)
Cabinet Box Construction
28. Our sturdy base cabinet boxes are tested to support 2,500 pounds without cracking, separating or collapsing.
29. Base cabinets feature full-depth I-beam construction to keep cabinet boxes stable and square throughout shipping and installation.
30. All-plywood construction utilizes sturdy, 1/2” plywood end panels.
31. Interior shelves with 3/4” thickness can support 15 pounds per square foot for seven days without perceptible sagging.
