Labor warranty extends for a period
of 3 years beyond completion of work.
|
We warrant our cabinetry*
to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal
residential usage to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the
product.
This is a parts
warranty only and excludes labor for removal or replacement of
defective parts. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited
to the repair or replacement of any part or parts that may prove
defective under normal residential usage as determined by our
examination.
This warranty is
expressly in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or
implied, including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for
a particular purpose. This warranty shall not apply to our cabinetry
or parts of our cabinetry that have been subjected to alteration,
misuse, negligence, abuse, improper installation, storage and
handling. |

warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights,
which vary from state to state.
